Proposition 50, also known as The Election Rigging Response Act, is a temporary redistricting response to Trump-Texas power grab. This November 4 every registered California voter will have the opportunity to fight back against Trump’s MAGA agenda by voting YES on Proposition 50, also known as The Election Rigging Response Act. Californians must approve a new congressional map for 2026 to put a critical check on Trump’s authoritarian acts. Prop 50 will help us take back the House and stop the billionaire-backed raids on our communities and wallets.
As it should be in a democracy, it’s up to us to have the final say on our congressional map and how we stand up for our state and nation. Proposition 50 redistricting is not just about California or Texas, or even Democrats and Republicans. It’s about fighting fascism with voter power. The voters have an opportunity to stand up for California and our nation.
Since day one, Californians have been on the frontlines of fighting the Trump regime’s cruel tactics. We’ve mobilized to protect our neighbors, to fight against drastic cuts to healthcare, and to reject the wars the administration is waging on domestic and international lands. And now we need to engage and turn out voters in support of Prop 50 from now through November 4 to send a strong rebuke to Trump and MAGA Republicans and build momentum into the 2026 and 2028 elections when we can end this fascist regime. We can start by showing strong support for Prop 50 right now.
